Our chalets, designed exclusively for couples, offer the perfect retreat to unwind, recharge, and immerse yourself in the peaceful embrace of nature. All chalets face south and feature luxurious terraces with enchanting views over the South Tyrolean lowlands, framed by traditional orchards and vineyards.
Each chalet includes a spacious terrace equipped with stunning views, two comfortable sun loungers with umbrella, and a dining table with chairs.
The modern kitchenette features a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, a high-quality Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, a kettle, as well as a TV system and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, while the bathroom offers a spacious shower, a hairdryer, and a make-up mirror.
Additional amenities include a private parking space, a lockable bike storage room, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a robotic vacuum cleaner.

All you need to know
A deposit of €200.00 is required to confirm the booking.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price. It amounts to €2.00 per person per night and must be paid in cash on site (not via bank transfer).
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
When making the transfer, please include your name and the dates of your stay as the payment reference.

If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
Check-out: To allow for thorough cleaning, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy:
• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: reservation can be cancelled free of charge; the deposit will be retained
• Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged
• Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged
To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance before your trip.
